After our call I'll put together a personalized proposal that outlines your chosen collection, any add-ons, and your travel fees based on your specific location. Everything in one place, completely transparent.

Secure your date
Your date is officially held with a signed contract and a $2,000 retainer — applied directly toward your total investment. Until both are received your date remains available to other couples.
Your remaining balance can be paid in full or financed through Affirm — flexible monthly payment plans that make your investment work for your budget without compromising on the experience you want.

You're booked. You're taken care of. From here we move into the planning process together — two meetings, a comprehensive wedding guide, and a timeline built entirely around your day.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- I require a planner or coordinator for every wedding. This isn't a barrier — it's one of the best decisions you can make for your day. When someone else manages the logistics I can focus entirely on your photography. The result is a smoother day and better images. If you're still searching for a planner I'm happy to share names I trust.
- Travel fees are always presented upfront. You will never receive a surprise invoice. Travel is calculated for your specific location and outlined clearly in your custom proposal before you sign anything.
- Your $1,000 retainer holds your date. Dates are not held without a signed contract and received retainer. Peak summer and fall dates book 12–18 months in advance — if you have a date in mind, don't wait.
- Payment plans are available through Affirm. Your $1,000 retainer secures your date at booking. Your remaining balance can be financed through Affirm with flexible monthly payments — so the experience you want doesn't have to wait.

What should we prepare before the call?
Just come ready to talk about your day — your date, your venue if you have one, your vision, and the moments that matter most. No preparation needed beyond that.
What if we're not sure which collection we want yet?
That's completely fine — that's exactly what the consultation call is for. Once I understand your timeline I can help you figure out which collection makes the most sense.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPhy Style?
Light, timeless, editorial, and full of genuine emotion. I blend guided posing with candid storytelling so your photos feel effortless and true to who you are.
When should we book?
As soon as you know your date. Peak summer and fall dates in Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho book 12–18 months in advance.
How many images will we receive?
Every wedding is different but you can expect a full, carefully edited gallery that tells the complete story of your day. We'll talk through expectations on our consultation call.
What is included in the travel fee?
Travel fees cover transportation, accommodations, and associated travel costs — calculated specifically for your location and presented in your custom proposal. For destination weddings outside Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho — coverage starts at $7,000 with all travel fully included
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — payment plans are available through Affirm. Your $1,000 retainer is due at booking. Your remaining balance can be financed through Affirm on a monthly payment schedule that works for you. Full details are outlined in your contract.
Do you require a planner or coordinator?
Yes — for every wedding. When your planner handles the logistics I can focus entirely on your photography. I'm happy to recommend planners I trust if you need a referral.
